Refund Policy - KalTall

At KalTall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a transparent and fair process for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Additionally:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • The item must have its original tags/labels attached (if applicable)

Custom or handmade items are only eligible for refunds if they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 3).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged/defective)
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day refund window

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at brandshopsale@gmail.com
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  3. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

After verification, we will offer either a full refund, a replacement item, or a store credit (at your choice).

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at brandshopsale@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Proof of purchase/condition (if applicable)
  • We will review your request within 1-3 business days and send a confirmation email with return instructions (if needed)
  • For eligible returns, ship the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged/defective)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Timing & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days (processing time by your bank)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Digital wallet: 2-5 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size (if applicable) or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery:

  • Contact us at brandshopsale@gmail.com to request an exchange
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges (unless the error is ours)
  • Exchanged items will be shipped to you free of charge once we receive the original item

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before it is shipped)
  • The order has not yet entered production (for custom/handmade items)

Orders that have already been shipped or entered production cannot be cancelled.
